𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬
Baked chicken wings are a healthier alternative to fried wings and can be just as delicious. Here are two baked chicken wing recipes for you to try: Garlic Parmesan Wings and Sticky Soy Ginger Wings.
**Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings:**
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (about 1 kg) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil.
4. Toss the chicken wings in the garlic Parmesan mixture until they are well coated.
5. Place the coated wings on the wire rack on the baking sheet, making sure they are spaced apart.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
**Baked Sticky Soy Ginger Chicken Wings:**
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (about 1 kg) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
4. Toss the chicken wings in the sticky soy ginger sauce until they are well coated.
5. Place the coated wings on the wire rack on the baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
7. While the wings are baking, toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
8. Once the wings are done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
